Restoration - becoming who God intended you to be

Most people are looking for "something" they feel is missing in their life. Most never find "it". Perhaps the phrase "looking in all the wrong places" is true because we never really search our hearts looking everywhere but there.

Because I believe we all have a song placed in our hearts from the beginning, it is no wonder I find music so uplifting, especially Christian music. Among some of my favorites are songs with the following phases: "I'm ready to live, I'm ready to breathe" and "I'm in need of resurrection". I know that these artists not only heard their heartsong, but listened and acted.

Coaching is just that. A journey of rediscovering, unlocking, exploring and finding the real you once again.

Do the following describe you?

  • Lacking purpose or fulfillment
  • Looking for direction/empowerment
  • Lacking motivation
  • Feeling overwhelmed or out of sync
  • Trouble transitioning after life changes
  • Unable to focus on goals
  • Just "stuck" - going around the same circle
  • Running on Empty
  • Living without passion
  • Ready to reconnect Spiritually

Regain control, balance, purpose and vision. Experience the freedom that comes with knowing you found "it".

The Complete Being - what's missing?

The majority of people just settle. Although they may be successful in their career, other areas of their life lack. Perhaps they are a physical fitness buff, but lack friends. Maybe, the person is the mom who can do it all, but has nothing left inside to give to herself.

As a healthcare professional, my philosophy is simple. I believe that there is more to a person besides the physical presence. With that said, to be healthy, complete and whole, all aspects (mental, emotional, physical and spiritual) of our being needs to be in tune with one another. When one of these areas is out of sync, it begins to wear on the other areas which in the long run can have unhealthy consequences in our lives. We seek physicians for some of our medical problems, counselors for our mental health, go to church but have never experienced the presence of God, and totally ignore the emotional.

We were not created to live our lives meaningless, empty or unfulfilling. Coaching can help you reconnect to "you" - whether it is a new direction or a healthier lifestyle.

"Ask and it will be given to you, seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you"

:: Facing Fear

(Here are) five truths to consider when you're tempted to feel hopeless and trapped in fear of the future:

1. Life is full of negative things that might happen. Life is hard, and it shouldn't surprise us that a fallen world will provide disappointment, painful losses, unfulfilled expectations and sadness.

2. As long as I choose a path of personal growth, I will face fearful situations. The day nothing happens that makes us feel a little bit afraid, we'd better watch out! We may have quit breathing! New opportunities and challenges bring numerous, fearful situations that we must deal with!

3. Acknowledging my anxieties is a positive first step. Seek help from experts in an area of concern. Or discuss your fears with your spouse or a good friend.

4. An attitude of optimism will make today more enjoyable. Seek out humorous thoughts and anecdotes.

5. Choosing a faith-filled decision is much less frightening than living with the underlying fear that comes from feeling helpless. Moving out in faith may seem frightening, risky, impossible, senseless, stretching, gut-wrenching and unnatural. But it is worth it!
